What if the listed packages don’t quite fit my event?
No worries at all—we’ve got you! We understand that every event is unique, so if our packages don’t line up perfectly with your needs, we’ll happily work with you to customize something that fits just right. We’re all about flexibility and making sure you get the best experience for your celebration.
Is alcohol included?
Per state law, we operate as a dry-hire bar service, which means Minted & Muddled does not sell or provide alcohol with our packages. With this setup, you’ll never pay markups on alcohol.
Where do you travel?
We are more than happy to hit the road for events. A travel fee is only applied when our Tap Trailer is booked or when the event location is more than two hours from Columbia, SC.
How far in advance to have to book?
As soon as you know your date, let’s lock it in! We recommend booking at least 1 month in advance to make sure we’re available, but don’t hesitate to reach out even if your event is sooner. We’ll do our best to make it happen!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes! We ask that 20% of your total invoice is paid to reserve your event. The remaining 80% will be due 30 days before your event. Multiple payment options are available for your convenience. Simply let us know if you’d like to set one up.
What is your cancellation, refund, and raincheck policy?
Life happens….we get it! If you need to cancel, we ask for as much notice as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but depending on the timing, we may be able to apply your deposit toward a future date. If the weather has other plans (hello, rain!), we’re happy to work with you on rescheduling, based on availably. Communication is key, and we’ll always do our best to find a solution that works for everyone!
Are you insured?
Absolutely! We’re fully insured, and all of our bartenders are TIPS-certified. We’re happy to list your venue as an additional insured on our COI. There is a $100 fee for this request.
Can I create my own cocktail menu?
Yes, please! We love collaborating on custom menus. Whether you’ve got a signature drink in mind or want help creating one, we’re here to mix up something that fits your style and taste.
Gratuity?
Gratuity is never required up front, it’s completely optional and always appreciated if you feel our team went above and beyond. We’ll have a tip jar available at the bar.
In the case a request for no tip jar to be available, a 15% service gratuity will be added to the final invoice.
