What if the packages don’t quite fit my event?
No worries at all—we’ve got you! We understand that every event is unique, so if our packages don’t line up perfectly with your guest count or needs, we’ll happily work with you to customize something that fits just right. We’re all about flexibility and making sure you get the best experience (and the best value) for your celebration.
We also offer bartending only services! You provide all supplies, and we show up to muddle magic!
Where do you travel?
We’re based in South Carolina, but we’re happy to hit the road for events. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance, but we’ll always be upfront about any extra costs. We love a good adventure.
How far in advance to have to book?
As soon as you know your date, let’s lock it in! We recommend booking at least 1 month in advance to make sure we’re available—but don’t hesitate to reach out even if your event is sooner. We’ll do our best to make it happen!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes! We just ask that 20% of your package is paid to reserve your event. The rest will be due 30 days before your event.
What is your cancellation, refund, and raincheck policy?
Life happens—we get it! If you need to cancel, we ask for as much notice as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but depending on the timing, we may be able to apply your payment toward a future date. If the weather has other plans (hello, rain!), we’re happy to work with you on rescheduling, as long as we’re available. Communication is key, and we’ll always do our best to find a solution that works for everyone!
Are you insured?
You bet! We’re fully insured to keep things safe and stress-free. If your venue requires a certificate of insurance, just let us know—we’ve got it covered.
Can I create my own cocktail menu?
Yes, please! We love collaborating on custom menus. Whether you’ve got a signature drink in mind or want help creating one, we’re here to mix up something that fits your style and taste.
Tipping?
Tips are never expected but always appreciated! We do not require gratuity for our services, but if you'd like to offer guests the option to tip our bartenders, we’re happy to include a discreet tip jar or digital tipping method—totally your call.
